Delivery is made by Deutsche Post/DHL, DPD, UPS or a suitable service provider, respectively its foreign partner in the country of the recipient.
Prices and auxiliary services are quoted in Euros and include 19% VAT (Germany), except for international orders outside the customs union.
The delivery costs depend on the total weight of the order.

Shipment:
Dispatch will be executed within 2 to 5 working days once the total amount has been credited to our account. Delivery times depend on your location and selected delivery.
International shipments might take a slightly more time due to customs paper issuance for the destination country.
Shipping time as per Deutsche Post/DHL:

- Shipments within Germany 1 - 2 working days
- Shipments within European Union 4-7 working days
- International Shipments rest of the globe 7-15 working days *
* Please keep in mind that shipping internationally takes time and receiving items through customs can take extra time beyond the delivery time.
Customs - Duties - Taxes
International deliveries outside Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the Customs Territory of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
The customer is responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount as customs policies vary widely from country to country. The dispatch costs you pay to us do not include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees nor duties. We include the documents required for processing the customs declaration. The customer/recipient is responsible that products can be lawfully imported to the destination country. For further information, please contact your local customs or post office before placing an order. When customs clearance procedure is required, it may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. If your order does not arrive in reasonable time, please check with your local customs or post office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Some post/customs offices may send a separate invoice for the customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
Delivery address:
You can redirect your order to a different delivery address or you may also send a gift directly to a friend. International redirection, please see Customs - Duties - Taxes.
Damaged or lost delivery:
In the event of damage to the shipment, we recommend taking photos as evidence of the damage & the damaged packaging with a digital camera/mobile phone and to keep all parts until the case is settled.
Our contact information you may find in the enclosed documents or in the email order confirmation. In the event of damage during transport, a report of the incident must be initiated immediately at the post office. The right of the recipient to assert claims arising from defects expires after 7 days.
Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments:
The customer is responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments in addition to return shipping costs. We will not be liable for any breach of any such laws by a customer. Shipping cost is not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments. For refused and destroyed shipments, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
An undeliverable consignment is considered e.g., if the recipient is not identifiable, address information provided is incorrect/insufficient, acceptance is refused, the package is not collected within the deadline or the required duties and taxes are not paid. In such a cases, a EUR 25.00 fee will be assessed for such shipments. We are entitled to claim or charge any additionally costs incurred by the customer such as return costs, further taxes, duties, levies and fees, charged to us by the post office or the customs authorities. The customer is not entitled to a refund of the delivery fee on an undeliverable consignment as specified above.
